CozyWorkyClub is a private workspace discovery product. We help members discover cafes, lounges, and work-friendly venues based on location, community submissions, and member activity.

2. What we collect
Depending on how you use CozyWorkyClub, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password, rank tier, and account-related profile data.
- Location information, when you grant location permission, to help show nearby venues, support check-ins, and attach coordinates to a suggested venue.
- Member activity, such as check-ins, vibe selections, venue suggestions, venue reports, and venue audit submissions.
- Venue submission content, such as a venue name, address, notes you provide, and the map coordinates attached to your submission.
- Technical and service data, such as authentication tokens stored locally on your device and standard server-side request logs generated when our services are used.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in securely.
- Show relevant nearby venues and support map features.
- Enable check-ins, venue suggestions, reports, and member contributions.
- Review and moderate submitted content to preserve quality and accuracy.
- Respond to support, safety, correction, or removal requests.
- Improve the app, detect abuse, and maintain the integrity of our service.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on a combination of contract necessity, legitimate interests, and consent. For example, we rely on your consent for device location permissions and on our legitimate interests to review submissions, prevent misuse, and maintain trustworthy venue data.
4. Venue listings and member submissions
CozyWorkyClub includes venue information submitted by members and reviewed by us. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, a venue listing does not mean that the venue is affiliated with, endorses, sponsors, or has formally partnered with CozyWorkyClub.
Because listings may originate from member contributions, venue details can change or become inaccurate over time. We encourage members to report inaccuracies and we review correction requests.
If you are a venue owner, operator, or authorized representative and you believe a listing is inaccurate, misleading, or should be removed, please contact privacy@cozyworkyclub.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request before taking action.
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain safety and moderation records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason we hold it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, such as device location permissions.
